My research focuses on the intersection of social computing and data science, with particular emphasis on:

  • Misinformation dynamics: Analyzing the spread of misinformation and the effects of AI systems on information diffusion in digital platforms and social networks
  • Information systems: Applying econometrics, statistics, survey experiments, and causal inference to understand information dynamics in digital environments
  • Emerging AI technologies: Development of knowledge graphs, graph neural networks, and neuro-symbolic AI as tools for advancing information systems and operations research
